Not All Days Are Perfect

Tuesday, May 16…

Quiet day. Greg’s had a floater in one eye for a few days so we got him in to see a doc this morning. No serious problem, just continue to monitor. Stopped at 3 or 4 auto/electric stores until we finally found the right diode to fix a parking light issue. Some general grumpiness (dare I say friction?) all afternoon b/c we don’t really have a plan after this coming weekend. (Friction can be good for my FitBit though – I explored a good chunk of the campground on my own this afternoon.) Fortunately, we were able to sit down together after dinner and map out at least a basic itinerary through the end of July. Now we just have to find campsites to make that work.

BlogThought... Greg is very social. We're in a relatively small campground within a state park. it's really quite nice, but there's literally nobody here. Even the camp host left after the weekend. Greg wants to share his travel stories, and I already know them. He also likes to watch TV, and we have 2 of those in the MH. But rarely do we have the ability to stream Netflix, Comcast or Amazon. (And I really don't care. I'm usually busy w/ either the blog or a book. Maybe it would help if I were more sympathetic. I am disappointed, though, when we can't even get NBC and I miss TODAY with Matt & Savannah.)
