Family Dinner

Tuesday, March 28…
At the wheel

Another long drive, with 2 errand stops in Tallahassee – a quick return at Walmart, then a run into Trader Joe’s to replenish Greg’s vino. While he was indulging his pleasure, I slipped into TJMaxx and picked up a cute pair of orange leather flats for Cuba.  Then we worked our way south along Florida’s west coast. (I think lunch was apples with crackers and cheese, eaten as we drove). We were on Hwy 19 so long that Greg actually let me take the wheel for an hour or so!

(now you know why he let me drive)

We arrived in Port Richey late in the afternoon, quickly settled into the campground and prepared to join one of Greg’s sons and his family for dinner in Tarpon Springs (where they were spending spring break w/ the other grandparents). Pictures below tell the story best.
